Shipping/ Return Policy

Return/refund policy:

As of right now, all sales are final. No refunds/returns. I am not responsible for any lost/damaged items caused by USPS. A tracking number is provided with each order and you may contact USPS if there are any problems with your order. If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged in some way, contact me and I will work with you to try and resolve any problems you may have with your order to ensure customer satisfaction. :) I appreciate your business. 

Shipping: 

I am currently shipping through USPS/UPS and all products will be shipped between 5-7 business days from purchase date. 

COVID-19:

Due to COVID-19, USPS may be experiencing shipping delays so please keep this in mind when ordering. I will be shipping out your purchases as quickly as possible to help you receive them in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Pricing:

Typically it costs me between $4-$5 for postage to ship in a majority of the US, $14.25 for Canada, and around $16 for the UK. Because of this the shipping prices are calculated by cost of postage, cost of shipping materials, and time it takes to package each order. I try and keep costs down as much as possible and ship through PirateShip to keep cost of postage down. 

Holidays: 

When ordering for a holiday gift, make sure to order ahead and expect shipping delays through USPS/UPS due to the heavy mailing season.
